Schedule:
Day 1
Los Hometown -- Houston
Morning flight to the biggest city of Texas-Houston,
visit the Coors factory, where you can taste the beer
before it capper.
Overnight at Houston.
Day 2
Houston -- Lake Charles -- Lafayette
Leaving Houston to arrive Louisiana. On the way you
could see different sizes of oil pumps. Once we
arrive Lake Charles, you can spend some time on board
the "Floating Casino". We will also visit the
factory of Tabasco.. Day 3
Lafayette -- New Orleans
Morning, visit New Orleans, famous for Jazz Music.
The immigrant from France landed here first. Visit the
Jackson Square, all kinds of sidewalk musicians will
make your eye & ear very busy. After dark, you
would't want to miss the "French Quarter", You
will see all the important factories of a "New
Orleans visit", Eating, walking, drinking,
listening music & dancing. Every night, gathering on
" Bourton Street" & get drunk, is what
they must do in New Orlean.
Day
4 Houston -- New Oreleans -- Baton Rouge -- Houston
Leaving New Oreleans, we will arrive Baton Rouge--
Capital of Louisiana. 1803, U.S. brought the state building
from French, situated the Mississippi River. You can pay
for optional ride to the top of 27th floor, to enjoy the
view of Mississippi River. Overnight at Houston. Day
5 Houston -- Dallas
After breakfast, visit the China Town, Little Saigon
and Farmer Market. Later arrive Dallas, you can join a
optional tour of "The Sixth Floor" where
president Kennedy (JFK) was assassinated. Arrive Stockyards
to have a western experience " Texas Style". You
can enjoy horseback, carriage rides and traditional dance.
Day
6 Austin -- San Antonio
Morning, visit the capital of Texas -- Austin, the state
building, the famous University of Texas at Austin.
After lunch, Arrive " National Bridge
Caverns". By evening, arrive San Antonio,
"River Walk" is the place you do not want to
miss. River walk is along the San Antonio River, Below
street level, with 21 blocks of shops and restaurants. Day
7 San Antonio -- Houston -- Hometown
After breakfast, visit Alamo where Texas's fought
for independence. 1836 Mexico general Santa Anna took
over this town & killed all 182 solders. Enjoy a
Mexican lunch & shop at Mexican markets. You can
also climb the tower of the Americas in Hemisfair park.
(optional tour). By evening, we will arrive Houston to
catch flight back to Hometown. Remark:
Lake Tahoe Cruises is operional.
